Ramon replied to my first message in 10 minutes, then showed up to give an estimate 20 minutes later. His price was fair so we agreed to proceed. Two mornings later he showed up on time with two trucks, a wood-chipper trailer and 4 additional workers. The chainsaw expert was at the top of the 25' queen palm tree in 10 minutes. The crew formed a line and fed the chipper as the heavy sections of tree trunk fell. The tree was reduced to a stump in a half hour. The stump was hollowed out two feet below the soil surface while the crew cleaned up all debris in the yard. From start to finish in 55 minutes. We have only positive compliments for Ramon and his crew. Excellent service from first contact to final cleanup.
